St. James Mercy provides comprehensive female surgical services on the new Women’s Health and Birthing Unit. Our surgeons offer a full range of female surgeries, from less invasive laparoscopic surgeries to reconstructive surgeries. We care for all women, from childbirth to menopause and beyond.
Our nursing staff has over 175 years of combined service to provide skilled and experienced care. At St. James Mercy, the physicians and nurses work together to treat the whole woman.
After discharge you will receive a follow-up phone call from one of our nurses to check on your condition and answer any questions you may have regarding your post-op recovery. Any concerns will be reported to your physician.
