McAuley Manor
The newly renovated McAuley Manor now accommodates 120 residents including those with special needs: ventilator dependency to dialysis, Alzheimer’s/dementia, and short term rehabilitation. In addition to the many new features of the facility, their compassionate staff is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of life for the residents in their care and features

The caseload consists of nursing home residents, outpatients, and adult day care registrants. The maintenance and rehabilitation physical therapy programs consist of strengthening, ambulation, balance activities, and task-specific training based on each individual need, with differing levels of intensity between the two programs.
Adult Day services, Mercycare Break
Mercycare Break provides medical and personal attention, physical therapy, and a stimulating social environment. It helps your loved one maintain dignity and independence, and gives you the time to care for yourself and the rest of your family.
The Gathering Place
As of December 31, 2012, The Gathering Place adult social day care program at St. James Mercy Hospital was discontinued.. We are grateful to have served the community at The Gathering Place since 1995. If you or your family member needs help in transitioning to another program, please call (607) 324-6918.
LIFELINE Emergency Response System
St. James Mercy Health provides a telephone-based emergency response system called LIFELINE. This system links an individual at home to 24-hour a day, seven days a week emergency assistance. At the touch of a button, help is on the way.
