    Job Summary: The Advanced Practice Provider is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) that works in a collaborative relationship with a physician provider to oversee the care delivered to a patient population, and meet Hospital goals for safety and quality.     149 shifts per year
    A shift is 24 hours per day 8am-8pm
    Hospitalist is required to be on-site from 8am–4pm. During the hours of 4pm-8am the hospitalist will be on-call and available to come on-site for emergencies with patients.

      Attend regular documented meetings (at least monthly) with SJMH providers to discuss systems/patient flow quality, improvement in scheduling, and patient and physician relationships.
