    Hospitalist is required to be on-site from 8am–4pm. During the hours of 4pm-8am the hospitalist will be on-call and available to come on-site for emergencies with patients.

    Job Responsibilities: The Pharmacist must be clinically orientated with a BS in Pharmacy at a minimum and a valid NYS Pharmacy license and current registration. The pharmacist must be able to interpret lab values and interact well with other health care professionals in monitoring the patient’s drug therapy. Good communication skills and basic computer abilities are required.
    • Works within the limitations and requirements of State and Federal laws as well as SJMH policies and procedures.
    • Able to enter and verify medication orders using the appropriate formats and deals with any interaction or information flags that may occur.
