The Cancer Services Program of Steuben County, under the lead agency of St. James Mercy Hospital, is a NYSDOH grant initiative that provides breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening and treatment to men and women who are uninsured or underinsured. The grant also provides education, outreach and referral sources for cancer prevention and treatment.
